Website purpose
The site presents product sourcing information, supports quotation requests and may allow eligible products to be purchased for a United States delivery through Stripe. Product descriptions remain subject to the product specification and order snapshot confirmed at checkout.
Quotations, online orders and payment
Submitting an inquiry or receiving a draft quotation does not create an order. A Stripe order is created only for an eligible U.S. cart after the customer confirms the current product, quantity, DDP freight, discount and total and Stripe confirms payment. Customized products, incomplete carton data, expired logistics data and products without a fixed public price remain quotation-only. Stripe processing fees are paid by HundredPower unless a separately approved written quotation states otherwise.
Shipping and delivery
Online checkout is currently limited to eligible United States DDP deliveries. Transit estimates exclude events outside reasonable control, including inspection, congestion, weather, carrier disruption and delivery-address delay. Tracking and status updates are shown in the customer account when available.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility depends on whether production has started, whether the goods were customized, the approved specification and the evidence supporting a quality or delivery claim. A displayed refund is not complete until the payment provider confirms it. Partial refunds, chargebacks and disputes remain linked to the original order. The published Return Policy and any signed quotation or PI form part of the applicable terms.
Product and certification claims
Only specifications and certificates explicitly confirmed for a particular product, production run and destination market should be relied upon. Buyers remain responsible for communicating the intended market and regulatory requirements.
Intellectual property
Site content may not be reproduced as a product catalogue or represented as another supplier’s work. Project files, customer designs and tooling ownership are governed by the written agreement for that project.
Availability and changes
The site may change, pause or remove content without notice. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted availability and complete accuracy are not guaranteed.
